Fitness 24/6/2020


Today my class and I did fitness again my partner to do it with was Arvay.The 5 exercises we did today was Mountain climbers, Shuttle runs,Broad jump to burpie,Plank rotaions and lastly squats. The exercise I found the hardest was the Mountain Climbers exercise, but I still enjoyed this moring doing fitness.
