Pancakes and maple syrup?

1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.


2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.


3. Put it on a plate and put maple syrup on the pancake and enjoy it

    What a delicious recipe for pancakes! It's lunchtime over here and it's just as well, as I'm now really hungry!
    Maple Syrup huh, is that your favourite pancake topping? I quite like jam on them, too. What's the weirdest thing you've ever had on a pancake?
